Vegan Slow Cooker Lentil and Pasta Soup

This dish is super easy to prep and make. All the ingredients will most likely be in your pantry or in your fridge! Do you store brown onions in your fridge? I do, and mostly because the kitchen gets so much sun that it literally kills all my potatoes and onions which used to live out in a basket.

This tasty recipe will keep in the fridge for about 3-4 days too! So no meat in it that will make you question how long it can keep for. Also, it can be eaten cold or warm, I personally like to eat this dish warm. Onions caramelised till yellow, add lentils 1 cup lentils to 6 cups water. Then add 1.5 cups pasta after lentils cook for 30 – 35 mins.
