My Emotions Thermometer Binder Printables and Posters: This printable binder book and various posters was created to help teach younger children (toddlers and preschoolers) to learn to recognise their own escalation cycle and help develop emotional regulation skills. Children need a simpler way to understand that their feelings can differ and change in intensity depending on factors which are sometimes out of their control. How to assemble:

Once assembled these cards can be used to teach basic emotional literacy skills or as a visual prompt for addressing student behavior. For ease of use, it is recommended that the cards are printed on card stock and laminated for durability – however there are several options for use.
